Working with States

Therap Services is currently being used in more than 40 states and provinces in the United States and Canada. In the states of Delaware and Montana all incident reports are filed through Therap. In addition, agencies have access to all of Individual Supports in Montana and Individual, Billing, and Staff Support in Delaware. Therap is in the process of setting up state-wide incident reporting in North Dakota.

Help & Support Updates

Heres a little update to whats new on our Help & Support site -

The walkabouts on TMS have been updated to reflect the changes that has been made to the module.
Quarterly Nursing Reports have been replaced recently with the agile Health Care Report, and there are two walkabouts that will take you through creating and searching for them respectively.
