First of all thanks for dropping by and for your comment, we are still working on it. We were wondering if your agency ever faced a situation where you have to link one T-log with another.
Please go through other prototypes in our garage and drop your comment, help us improve our application for you.
WOW that would be an amazing addition to T-logs! It’s hard for us to track health t-logs and this way we’d be able to see the progress! Great thinking!
Love it! I like the chronological order of the string. It is a nice quick read.
You do not have to open and close to figure out where and when the original message started.
I look forward to this feature…

I love the Threaded T-log lay out, it would make the follow up’s a lot easier to follow, track, and read. Please a lot less time consuming, especially for some people who are slow on the computer
I like the threaded t log idea, makes follow up messages easy to put together. One suggestion though, the add more info button could be thrown out and have all that info out in the t log write up section. I write numerous t logs and clicking on that button is one less step.
There’s a couple of things that I see that I really like… First, being able to read everything as a thread is great. Many times staff are reading everything backwards because they didn’t filter by date and then they add a follow-up that has already been documented. Having the thread veiwable would decrease these double entries.
Second, being able to mark them all as being read at one time will be great for those staff that we can count on to read the T-Logs in a timely manner. But what about those staff that just mark the T-Logs as read to get them out of the way. How will marking them all as read at one time affect an activity tracking report if I needed one?
Third, love having the “Share this T-Log” button right there where it is easily seen. So many times staff forget to click on Show Details, and then important information doesn’t get shared as it should. Can’t wait to see that happen!!!
What is the “Add more information” button? I thought maybe it was just replacing the “+Add new Follow-up” button, but I’m not sure because I still need to click on create.
that would be an awesome feature…LOVE it!!!
yesss!!
Thanks Anita! And a second thank you for visiting.
This will be wonderful!! I showed some of our coordinators and they said they thought it was great and super easy and fast to read!!!

Fantastic idea! This will save sooooo……much time when trying to research or track an issue or concern.
Any chance this will be implemented soon? When do you think this will happen?
This would be a great feature! This would ensure that all follow up messages were seen.

That would be much better!
This would make tracking a lot easier, especially in relation to quality of care/proper follow-up and compliance of guidelines and policies, etc.
I really like this! This would be so helpful!
I LOVE THE WAY T-LOGS LET YOU KNOW WHATS GOING ON.THIS SYSTEM IS SO GREAT.IT MAKE DOCUMENTING MUCH EASY.
