Ishita completed her Bachelors in Business Information Technology (BIT) from INTI International University College Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
As a member of the Customer Support team, Ishita is responsible for managing the Behavior Tracking module. She works with the design team to design and develop online training materials on various modules. Besides, she is involved in analyzing various issues on application requirement and updating the modules as required. Ishita is also engaged in providing customer support.
