Sazzad Rafique
As Director of Software Engineering, Sazzad leads planning, development and implementation of different aspects of Therap Applications. With more than six years of experience in software development, he currently directs different teams in Therap that are involved in development and enhancement of several of its products including Individual Planning (IP/ISP/ELP), Electronic Medication Administration Record (MAR), Custom Forms, Global Template Library and Personal Finance. He is also responsible for leading R&D activities for achieving standard based interoperability of Therap Applications with other external systems.

Sazzad started his career as a programmer and has worked with different software companies on various projects ranging from developing ERP to managing ATM networks for banks. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA from North South University.
