The Individual Support application allows staff members to track, manage and follow-up on health, behavioral, incident, individual and emergency data among others. Staff members find the system easy to use, making the paperwork process much less cumbersome and time consuming, thus allowing them to spend more time directly with the individuals they support.

General Event Reports

Individual & Emergency Data Forms

Behavior Tracking
